Cook B – Luxury Resort Kitchen

About the role

Domes Resorts is seeking a Cook B to join the kitchen team at its 5‑star Domes of Elounda, The Autograph Collection in Crete. This middle‑level position offers the chance to develop culinary skills in a luxury hospitality environment while supporting daily food preparation and service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping and measuring according to recipes.
• Cook and plate dishes under the direction of Cook A, the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment and the overall kitchen.
• Store raw materials correctly, monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.
• Report equipment, order or supply issues to the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Assist in training newer team members in beverage preparation and customer service.

Required profile

• Middle‑level kitchen experience with solid fundamental cooking skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Willingness to learn, develop and pursue a career in the culinary field.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is useful.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations and basic allergen management.
