Product Designer - AI Conversational Bot

About the role

Geekbot is an AI conversational assistant for teams, built on more than 10 years of asynchronous standups, surveys and reports in Slack and MS Teams. It is growing fast and is looking for a Product Designer to help create the next generation of AI conversation bots. The role involves a 3-month onboarding at the office in Thessaloniki, followed by a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver wireframes and prototypes to showcase ideas.
• Work with users and the Product team to turn ideas into clear concepts.
• Focus on designing mobile and web interfaces.
• Help build and expand the Geekbot Design System in Figma with the Product Design team.
• Work with the Product Owner to shape the product vision of the product area.
• Empathise with end users, measure how designs perform, iterate and improve experiences.
• Make product design decisions independently, from broad concepts to tactical deliverables.
• Create customer journey maps, user maps and user flows.
• Take part in design reviews and share work with the C-level.

Required profile

• Fluent in product design best practices, with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Online portfolio showing strong end-to-end, user-centred design solutions.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Willingness to spend 3 months onboarding at the Thessaloniki office, then a hybrid setup.

Required skills

• High-fidelity prototyping with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, Photoshop or similar.
• Prototyping with UX tools such as Maze (or similar).
• Collaboration with frontend developers and a high-level understanding of backend technologies.
• Agile work in a fast-paced, iterative design process.
• Nice to have: owning large-scale projects, user research, usability testing, A/B testing, basic web technology knowledge and accessibility awareness.
