Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

EY Studio+ brings together business, design and technology expertise to help organisations reimagine marketing, sales and customer experience. It is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for its Athens team, working with clients in Greece and internationally across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and government. The role leads the creation of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences on web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the UX/UI design process from initial concept to final implementation, creating user journeys, wireframes and prototypes.
• Collaborate with business, design and technology teams so designs meet user needs and support business objectives.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and integrate fresh ideas into design solutions.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and present prototypes to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5 to 7 years of UX/UI design experience in consulting, agency or in-house teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating creativity in digital experiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field (UX/UI, visual communication, graphic design or similar).
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site and remotely with clients abroad is an advantage.

Required skills

• End-to-end design process: research, concept creation, customer journeys, user flows, mockups, prototypes, user testing and visual design.
• Technical skills in design and prototyping software (Figma, Adobe, etc.).
• Ideal: agile design delivery, Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines, and a Design System.
• Workshop facilitation and strong communication and presentation skills.
