Graphic & Motion Designer (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Antenna Group, an international content, media and entertainment organisation, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to cover a maternity leave on a fixed-term contract. The role suits someone with a strong design portfolio and a keen eye for aesthetics, able to turn concepts into visually compelling assets that fit the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design, animate and deliver high-quality graphics across various platforms
• Collaborate with content and news production teams to create cohesive, engaging visual content
• Keep brand consistency across all visual materials and communication channels
• Manage several design projects at once while meeting tight deadlines
• Adapt, optimise and resize creative assets for different formats and platforms
• Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas
• Maintain design standards according to brand guidelines
• Create immersive AR visuals for live shows and TV productions, combining aesthetic design with real-time technology

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or Motion Designer
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• Strong portfolio showing both creativity and technical ability
• Good time management, communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail, able to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator); Premiere and DaVinci Resolve are a plus
• 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender); Unreal Engine is a plus
