Mid-Level AI Creative

About the role

GEN PLUS Group is looking for a Mid-Level AI Creative to join its growing AI team. This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a strong understanding of generative AI, video production and post-production who can turn creative briefs into high-quality AI-generated content. The position is full-time and based in Athens.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content across text-to-video and image-to-video using tools such as Seedance, Kling, Veo and Runway, choosing the right model and technique for each shot.
• Translate creative briefs into AI-generated content, develop reference imagery and refine outputs according to creative direction and feedback.
• Review outputs for generation artefacts, continuity issues and character inconsistencies, and make corrections before final review.
• Edit and finish content in Premiere Pro, including AI-generated extensions, and support voice, music, sound design and final audio mixes.
• Help build and document practical, repeatable AI workflows that can be shared across the team.
• Stay up to date with new AI models and features, test relevant tools and share findings and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in creative production, video, post-production or AI-generated content.
• A strong portfolio showing AI-driven video content, alongside conventional video or edited work.
• Professional-level Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, collaboration skills and a proactive learning mindset.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Seedance, Kling, Veo or Runway, and familiarity with generative image tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion or Firefly.
• Good working knowledge of Premiere Pro, with clean, well-paced edits and confident audio work.
