Primary/Kindergarten Subject Specialist Teacher

About the role

The school seeks a dedicated Subject‑Specialist Teacher for Primary and Kindergarten levels to plan, deliver and assess high‑quality learning experiences. The role focuses on fostering academic, social, emotional and personal development within a safe, inclusive environment that aligns with the school’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the Primary academic programme and ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Promote innovative, student‑centred teaching practices and analyse results to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate the Primary teaching team, leading pedagogical meetings and supporting professional development.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress, providing support strategies for diverse learning needs.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom, manage behaviour and wellbeing initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with parents, participate in meetings, conferences and school events.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and school activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and educational regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licence as required by local regulations.
• Minimum of X years of teaching experience in Primary Education.
• Experience in bilingual or international school settings is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and instructional abilities.
