About the role

The school is seeking a dedicated Secondary Education Teacher to plan, deliver, and assess lessons for secondary‑level students. The role involves close collaboration with academic coordinators, psychologists, and parents to support student learning and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance, send plans to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator, and prepare class materials.
• Maintain up‑to‑date grade books, enter grades on schedule, and design monthly assessments.
• Grade all assigned work and keep the classroom decorated with relevant educational materials.
• Supervise playground duties and record daily attendance.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic, behavioral, or special‑needs issues.
• Participate in teacher meetings, institutional workshops, parent meetings, and school activities.
• Communicate with parents/guardians, invite them to meetings, and promote open communication.
• Organize student participation in fairs, community service projects, and fundraising activities.
• Monitor homework board usage and encourage student involvement in sub‑committees.
• Adhere to school uniform and policy requirements and perform any other duties related to the position.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in an educational setting.
• Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools.
• Intermediate‑level Microsoft Office skills.
