Primary School Teacher

About the role

Plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering academic, social, emotional and personal development in a safe, inclusive and engaging environment while implementing the school curriculum in line with the school’s mission, vision and values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the Primary academic programme and ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Coordinate, mentor and evaluate the Primary teaching team, lead pedagogical meetings and support professional development.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress, implement support strategies and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, participate in meetings and address concerns.
• Prepare academic reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field and a valid teaching certification.
• Minimum of X years of primary teaching experience; experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management, instructional and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of child development and age‑appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and safeguarding principles.
