Presales Consultant – Managed Print Services

About the role

Join iNFINITUM’s Presales team as a Consultant focused on Managed Print Services (MPS). You will work closely with customers to analyse their print environments, develop tailored proposals and support the sales process from data collection to final presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation and presentation of MPS proposals.
• Collect and analyse data from customers' existing print fleets, volumes and usage trends.
• Assist senior team members in creating technical and commercial offers.
• Help cost MPS contracts and printing services.
• Participate in presentations of printing, imaging and document‑management solutions.
• Enter, process and analyse data using evaluation and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, partners and internal teams to shape integrated solutions.
• Contribute to RFP, RFQ and tender responses.
• Stay up‑to‑date with developments in printing, document management and MPS technologies.
• Support the creation of presentation materials for customers and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in presales, technical support, IT or printing solutions.
• Basic understanding of printers, multifunction devices and scanners.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset with comfort handling numerical data.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Team player eager to learn and develop professionally.
