Business Analyst – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC Greece is seeking an ambitious and self‑driven Business Analyst – Senior Associate to join its Delivery Excellence and Innovation team in Athens. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring integration and interoperability requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis of system integrations and interoperability requirements across complex IT environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements.
• Analyze data flows, system dependencies, and integration points, aligning them with business processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and maintain documentation such as APIs, data mappings, use cases, and process flows.
• Work closely with developers, architects, testers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation.
• Support testing activities, interoperability validation, and UAT processes.
• Provide guidance on integration technologies (APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, authentication, security).
• Identify opportunities to streamline integrations, improve data consistency, and enhance automation.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst or Systems Analyst on IT projects.
• Proven experience in system integrations and interoperability analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, fluent in Greek and English.
