Portuguese-speaking Client Advisor in Greece

About the role

We are looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Client Advisor to join our Athens team and deliver high‑quality support to our customers across Greece. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat, ensuring a seamless experience that drives satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service through calls, emails and live chats.
• Investigate and resolve client questions by navigating internal systems and resources.
• Record all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve service quality.
• Stay updated on products, services and promotions to give informed advice.
• Conduct follow‑ups to confirm issue resolution and strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or advisory roles is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes.
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
