Polish Customer Support – Hybrid (Athens)

About the role

Join a leading customer experience provider in Greece as a Polish‑speaking Customer Support professional. You will work in a hybrid setting, combining office days in central Athens with remote flexibility, assisting customers from various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, and live‑chat support to Polish‑speaking customers.
• Resolve technical issues, answer product queries, and handle service‑related questions.
• Document and track all interactions using modern CRM and ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams and ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product and service updates to deliver accurate assistance.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic approach to maximize customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in Polish (written and spoken) with strong English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in customer support, call centre, or help‑desk environments.
• Comfortable using chat, email, and ticketing tools.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and processes.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work in a goal‑driven environment.
