Polish Content Moderator – Thessaloniki

About the role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Content Moderator to join our Thessaloniki office. The role ensures that user‑generated content on our platform complies with internal guidelines and local regulations, helping to maintain a safe and respectful online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess user‑generated posts, comments and media for compliance with platform policies and Greek regulations.
• Monitor real‑time user interactions to detect and flag inappropriate or harmful content.
• Remove or quarantine content that violates community standards.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve content‑related user inquiries.
• Analyse moderation trends and provide feedback to improve guidelines and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and outcomes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar digital environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate content impartially.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Team‑oriented and able to work collaboratively.
