About the role

Join a fast‑growing Social Media Content Moderation team in Athens, reviewing and categorising commercial ads and business content for major global brands. You will work on‑site in a modern office environment, ensuring a safe and high‑quality online experience for users and advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and categorise social media content according to client‑specific guidelines.
• Verify that user‑uploaded information complies with policies and standards.
• Make balanced moderation decisions that protect the community.
• Apply content policies consistently and execute handling procedures.
• Assist customers via chat, email or phone, depending on project needs.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Follow all company and client procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written Danish skills.
• Very good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to separate personal beliefs from policy enforcement.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in content moderation, social media or customer support is a plus.
