About the role

Join a fast‑growing Social Media Content Moderation team in Athens, Greece. You will work on reviewing and categorising Dutch‑language commercial ads and business content to ensure a safe and high‑quality online experience for users and brands.

Key responsibilities

• Review and categorise social media content according to client‑specific guidelines.
• Ensure uploaded user information complies with policy and brand standards.
• Make balanced decisions that protect the online community while supporting businesses.
• Apply content policies consistently and follow handling procedures.
• Assist customers via chat, email or phone and suggest workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written Dutch with very good English.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to separate personal beliefs from policy enforcement.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience in content moderation, social media or customer support is a plus.
