Plant Quality Manager

About the role

Mondelēz International is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives at one of its manufacturing sites. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, and food‑safety standards while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and monitor plant‑level quality objectives and KPIs.
• Lead and develop a team of quality specialists to execute regional and global quality programs.
• Coordinate compliance with Mondelēz policies, external food‑safety regulations, and occupational health & safety standards.
• Represent the quality function in R&D meetings, ensuring resources are allocated to meet design and safety requirements.
• Partner with food‑safety, microbiology, and sanitation groups to enhance program compliance.
• Manage investigations, root‑cause analysis, and follow‑up actions for special situations.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in operations, quality, or R&D within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven project‑management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategy, product/package development, and food‑safety regulations.
• Experience working with third‑party manufacturers, suppliers, and customers on quality issues.
• Commitment to occupational health, safety, and fire‑safety procedures.
