Production Manager

About the role

Join the manufacturing site in Lamia, Greece, as a Production Manager and become a key member of the Plant Management Team. You will work closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Planning, and HR to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production that meets cost and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and support innovation projects across the plant.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise production processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support talent development through training, cross‑skilling, and succession planning.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead and engage teams in a fast‑paced industrial setting.
• Fluent communication skills in Greek and English.

Required skills

• SAP or similar manufacturing systems.
