About the role

Join the newest luxury hotel in Athens, Conrad Athens The Ilisian, as a Patisserie Sales Associate. You will deliver an exceptional guest experience while showcasing and selling premium chocolate and confectionery products in the hotel’s patisserie shop.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine smile.
• Present and actively promote patisserie products, offering knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain the appearance, organization, and hygiene of the display counter and sales area.
• Handle cash‑register operations, process payments accurately, and issue receipts.
• Receive, check, organize, and store products and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure the shop is well‑stocked and attractively presented.
• Support daily team operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Adhere to hotel policies, operational procedures, and food‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or a pastry shop.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
• Professional, polite, and positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment.
• Good knowledge of English; Greek language proficiency required.
• Experience with cash registers and payment transactions is an advantage.
• Passion for chocolate, confectionery, and premium products is a plus.
