Pastry Cook (A/B/C) – Resort Kitchen

About the role

Ella Resorts is opening its new beachfront resort, Ella Elyra, on the island of Corfu in 2027. We are looking for three pastry cooks (A, B and C) to join our kitchen team and help deliver high‑quality pastry creations for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present a full range of pastry items in line with the resort’s menu.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen, performing regular stock checks, labeling, and equipment audits.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with menu development and continuously improve pastry techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience as a pastry cook in a 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional language (French, German, Russian or Italian) is a plus.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for guest service.
