Outbound Calls Specialist – Physician Appointment Setting

About the role

Epikast is seeking motivated Outbound Calls Specialists to support its Disease Specialist teams in connecting US‑based physicians with virtual, AI‑driven services. You will work from our Athens office in a hybrid setting, aligning your schedule with US time zones to facilitate physician outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to gatekeepers (receptionists, office managers, PAs) and build rapport.
• Schedule meetings between US physicians and Epikast’s Disease Specialist team.
• Clearly explain the call purpose and the value proposition for physicians.
• Address concerns, highlight benefits, and engage gatekeepers effectively.
• Stay informed on current healthcare industry trends to communicate confidently with the US market.

Required profile

• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or a similar role.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluent English.
• Commercial acumen; knowledge of the healthcare sector is a plus.
• Customer‑centric attitude and results‑driven mindset.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
