Out-of-Court Settlement Attorney (Thessaloniki)

About the role

Sioufas & Associates Law Firm is looking for an experienced Out-of-Court Settlement Attorney to join its Thessaloniki office. You will manage settlement cases, evaluate their legal and financial dimensions, and interact with debtors and their representatives to achieve sustainable resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Legal assessment and management of out-of-court settlement cases.
• Investigate debtor requests and complaints, preparing clear, legally substantiated responses.
• Communicate with debtors, their legal representatives, and other involved parties.
• Handle complex cases professionally, focusing on effective resolution and high‑quality service.
• Participate in negotiations and draft repayment arrangements and settlement agreements.

Required profile

• Law degree and a licence to practise law.
• Minimum two years of professional legal experience.
• Strong legal analysis and drafting abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in alternative dispute resolution, debt recovery, or handling complex complaints is an asset.
