Orders & Deliveries Specialist

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service leasing, subscription services, fleet management and multi-mobility solutions, is looking for an Orders & Deliveries Specialist in Marousi. The role manages vehicle orders and deliveries, handles client and driver requests and keeps communication smooth between stakeholders so that client satisfaction stays high.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client and driver requests promptly, resolving issues and maintaining professional relationships with key contacts
• Receive and register new car orders from the Operational department, verify price agreements and discounts with dealers, and deliver accurate reports on time
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients and drivers to ensure timely deliveries, track requests until completion and prepare the required documentation for drivers
• Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle transportation and aftermarket placements, and coordinate with dealers on delivery dates
• Coordinate the issuance of registration numbers and car insurance for new vehicles
• Support invoicing by booking invoices and preparing the necessary documentation for delivery
• Address complaints promptly and escalate situations that need further attention

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a related field (often preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and empathy in dealing with clients, drivers and suppliers
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail
• Good command of English, verbal and written

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer software, email clients, CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Problem-solving ability and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors and clients
