Orders & Deliveries Specialist

About the role

The Orders & Deliveries Specialist at Ayvens ensures smooth management of vehicle orders, deliveries, and client‑driver interactions. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating between operational teams, dealers, drivers and clients to guarantee high satisfaction and efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise and respond promptly to client and driver inquiries via phone and email.
• Register new car orders from the Operational department and verify pricing, discounts and documentation.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers, dealers, drivers and clients, ensuring all paperwork (registration numbers, insurance) is prepared on time.
• Track delivery progress, update Ayvens’ systems, and provide assistance to drivers throughout the process.
• Support invoicing by booking invoices and preparing required delivery documentation.
• Handle complaints, communicate with relevant parties, and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with empathy, professionalism and attention to detail.
