Hotel Warehouse Manager

About the role

Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is hiring a Warehouse Manager for its hotel in Kos. The role manages the receiving, handling, storing and dispatching of goods and supplies, keeps stock accurate and coordinates with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the receiving, handling, storing and dispatching of goods and supplies in the hotel warehouse.
• Keep stock levels accurate and maintain weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to place orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety in the warehouse and storage areas.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, giving coaching and feedback for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage logistical coordination between the warehouse, purchasing and accounting departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer software applications such as MS Office and inventory management systems.
