Warranty and Repair Coordinator

About the role

Hellas Gold Single Member S.A., a gold, silver, lead and zinc mining company operating the Kassandra Mines in NE Halkidiki since 2004, is hiring a Warranty and Repair Coordinator for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position reports to the Inventory Control Superintendent of the Supply Chain department.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the repair and return cycle of major components, aligned with inventory levels and maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and follow up on warranty claims, negotiate credit notes and ensure supplier commitments are met.
• Set KPIs for service providers in line with Hellas Gold's expectations.
• Maintain records of repairable and returned components across warehouse and satellite storage areas, and ensure proper handling, labeling and system tracking of components under repair or claim.
• Negotiate and formalize commercial agreements for repairs and warranty coverage with OEMs and third-party vendors, and hold regular supplier reviews on service levels and turnaround time.
• Define RACI and methodologies to clarify stakeholder responsibilities, implement continuous improvement, and manage obsolete or unrepairable parts.
• Liaise with Finance on CAPEX components under warranty/repair, ensure SAP data accuracy, support audits and provide documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years in warranty, repair coordination or component lifecycle management.
• Experience in mining or heavy industry is an asset; knowledge of mining and process plant mobile equipment maintenance is helpful.
• Fluent in Greek and English; driver's licence (Category B).

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP and component traceability in ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong supplier communication and negotiation skills.
