Online Marketing Specialist (Greek Market)

About the role

Hedepy is a fast‑growing health‑tech platform that connects people with mental‑health professionals. We are expanding our presence in Greece and need a proactive Online Marketing Specialist to own influencer collaborations, social media, and localized acquisition campaigns for the Greek market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage relationships with Greek mental‑health influencers, overseeing end‑to‑end collaborations and maintaining a consistent social‑media voice.
• Localise acquisition assets – ad creatives, landing‑page copy, email newsletters, SEO headlines – so they feel native to a Greek audience.
• Monitor performance dashboards, analyse metrics such as CTR, CPA and conversion rate, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Native‑level Greek (C2) with strong copy‑editing abilities; English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social‑media management or influencer coordination.
• Proven ability to lead a project from concept to launch independently.

Required skills

• Active use of AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for copywriting, brainstorming and reporting.
• Basic SEO knowledge for content localisation.
• Familiarity with visual‑editing tools such as Canva, Figma or CapCut for quick asset tweaks.
