On Trade Sales Representative (Attica/Cyclades)

About the role

The On Trade Sales Representative will execute the sales strategy for Pernod Ricard’s brands across the Attica and Cyclades region, focusing on night‑outlet points of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Sign off targeted new‑launch (N/L) deals and manage the agreed N/L budget.
• Select the most promising outlets in the territory and develop strong commercial relationships to maximise profitable sales.
• Follow the daily route plan, report activities, and execute merchandising at points of consumption.
• Ensure consistency with the company’s commercial policy and price strategy, transfer orders and increase brand distribution.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing on brand‑promotion nights, report competitive activity and growth opportunities, and implement sell‑out activities.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Commercial studies.
• 2‑4 years of sales experience, preferably in on‑trade or spirits.
• Excellent communication, professional presence and strong commercial acumen.
• Negotiation skills, initiative, accountability and basic English proficiency.
• Team player with a valid driving licence.
