eCommerce Key Account Manager

About the role

The eCommerce Key Account Manager will drive sustainable and profitable online growth for assigned e‑retail customers. Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will align e‑commerce strategies with overall customer plans and own the commercial performance and P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute e‑commerce strategies and annual Joint Business Plans for assigned customers, owning P&L and commercial performance.
• Lead negotiations on trade terms, pricing, promotions and annual agreements to meet sales, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Identify growth opportunities, optimise assortment, and monitor competitor activity to accelerate sell‑in and sell‑out.
• Oversee digital‑shelf excellence, ensuring accurate product content, improved PDP quality and optimal discoverability.
• Collaborate with marketing and activation teams to design and execute retail‑media campaigns and omnichannel activations.
• Analyse performance data using platforms such as eStore and Convert Group, providing actionable insights and regular business reviews.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, key‑account or trade‑marketing roles, with at least 2–4 years in e‑commerce or e‑retail account management.
• Proven track record of managing customer P&L and delivering Joint Business Plans.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, promotional planning and commercial investment management.
