About the role

Join a fast‑growing Social Media Content Moderation team in Athens, Greece. You will use your Norwegian and English language skills to review, categorize, and moderate commercial ads and business content across social platforms, ensuring a safe and high‑quality user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review and categorize social media content according to client‑specific guidelines.
• Apply content policies consistently and execute handling procedures.
• Assist customers via chat, email or phone as required.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Follow all company and client procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written Norwegian.
• Very good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement.
