Night Shift Receptionist

About the role

As a Night Receptionist you will be the face of the hotel during overnight hours, ensuring smooth front‑desk operations and exceptional guest service. You will welcome late arrivals, assist guests with their needs, and handle administrative tasks with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with late arrivals, departures, and requests.
• Manage front‑desk operations throughout the night shift.
• Answer phone calls, emails and handle reservations.
• Monitor hotel premises for safety and report any suspicious activity.
• Handle payments, invoices and prepare shift reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update the system.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or front‑office role.
• Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure and maintain strong organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Protel).
• Proficiency with basic computer tools such as MS Office.
