Merchandise & Retail Operations Coordinator

About the role

Luisa World, a leading luxury fashion retailer in Greece, is seeking a Merchandise & Retail Operations Coordinator to manage the flow of merchandise between its central operation, stores and suppliers. The role is hands‑on, requiring strong organisational, analytical and commercial skills to support daily stock, sales and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain purchase orders on the buying platform and support its onboarding.
• Process daily merchandise arrivals, allocate deliveries to the appropriate stores and monitor discounts.
• Track store sales, provide insights to the central team and conduct bi‑weekly stock checks.
• Coordinate inter‑store stock movements, respond to replenishment requests and ensure optimal stock distribution.
• Prepare weekly, bi‑weekly and monthly sales reports for suppliers and assist with ad‑hoc reporting.
• Support annual store stocktakes, organise ad‑hoc counts and resolve stock discrepancies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail operations, merchandise administration, buying or stock management.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of stock and sales processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
