Logistics Specialist

About the role

As a Logistics Specialist you will support daily supply chain activities for Compressor Technique Equipment and Service, ensuring efficient order processing, logistics coordination and invoicing. You will work closely with customers, sales engineers, service teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process customer, sales and service orders accurately and on time.
• Process service requests, quotations, purchase orders and related transactions in SAP.
• Coordinate invoicing activities and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide updates to customers and internal teams regarding order status and delivery progress.
• Monitor stock availability and pricing information.
• Support the management of surplus returns and related documentation.
• Collaborate with service, sales, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in logistics, order management, customer service or service operations.
• Good working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent Greek and good English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
