Supply Chain Consultant – WMS & Logistics Solutions

About the role

ENTERSOFTONE is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Consultant to join its dynamic team. You will work on implementing, supporting and optimizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) and logistics solutions for partners and end‑customers, helping them improve warehouse operations and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation, support and optimisation of WMS and logistics solutions.
• Analyse warehouse operations and translate requirements into effective system solutions.
• Configure the WMS application to meet customer operational needs.
• Investigate and troubleshoot functional and data‑related issues using system tools, logs and SQL queries.
• Support partners and users during project implementation, testing, go‑live and post‑production phases.
• Deliver training sessions for users and partner teams.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to project documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in ERP, WMS, logistics, supply‑chain or business‑software solutions.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases, preferably SQL Server.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially for functional and data issues.
• Interest in warehouse operations, logistics processes and business systems.
• Effective communication with both technical and business users.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with responsibility and teamwork.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
