Operations Talent – Join Our A-Team

About the role

We are looking for operations A‑players to join Welcome Pickups as we scale rapidly across new markets. This open call invites exceptional talent to be considered for upcoming operations roles.

Key responsibilities

• Grow driver and fleet partner network in the right places at the right time (Driver supply).
• Own results in a city or region, managing capacity and service quality (Regional & destination operations).
• Open new destinations and relaunch existing ones (Market launch).
• Keep rides running in real time and solve problems as they happen (Live operations).
• Set standards for premium rides and keep drivers engaged (Quality & driver engagement).
• Improve processes, automation and reporting using data (Operational excellence & data).

Required profile

• Operations experience in a fast‑paced business such as mobility, travel, marketplaces, logistics or on‑demand services.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of tasks, requests or partners while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable with constant change, staying calm under pressure and prioritising quickly.
• Strong written and spoken communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills across teams, cities and time zones.
• Tech‑savvy, quick to learn new tools and confident with spreadsheets, CRMs and operations platforms.
• Data‑driven, using numbers and dashboards to spot issues, track performance and make decisions.
• Curious and proactive, seeking process improvements, including automation and AI tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
