Marketing Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Designer to join our Creative team in Athens. You will act as the creative partner to multiple teams, delivering assets ranging from ad campaigns and email flows to landing pages, trade‑show booths and vehicle graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing assets across digital and print channels, including paid social, display ads, email, landing pages, presentations, branding and event materials.
• Produce static and video ad creative using generative AI platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Adapt and scale campaign concepts into full asset sets across formats, channels and markets.
• Contribute to the evolution of brand guidelines and design system, keeping templates and component libraries up to date.
• Maintain an organized library of design files and assets for easy access across the business.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI and design tooling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a designer in marketing, in‑house creative or agency environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout and visual craft across print and digital work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for finished work.
• Creative problem‑solving ability to translate business objectives into visual solutions.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and strong ownership.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Figma.
• Generative AI creative platforms such as Pencil, Creatify, Adobe GenStudio and Higgsfield.
• AI‑assisted concepting tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Basic motion and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere) – a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS – a plus.
