Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

PeopleCert is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to create exceptional learning and certification experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will shape seamless journeys for candidates and help partners maximise collaboration value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of solutions that combine strategic UX thinking, pixel‑perfect visual design and expert interaction design.
• Design and deliver high‑fidelity mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Engage in rapid concept and product prototyping together with product managers to support an agile, iterative development approach.
• Research, sketch, prototype and user‑test digital experiences to drive product vision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and create intuitive designs.
• Work closely with software engineers and product managers to implement designed solutions.
• Promote best practices for maintainable, high‑performing web and mobile applications.
• Propose new methodologies, tools and processes to advance the team’s way of working.

Required profile

• Academic background in Design, Computer Science or a related field (MSc level or relevant certifications preferred).
• Extensive experience designing complex digital solutions and strong grasp of user‑centered design, research, testing and accessibility.
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Excellent command of English (C2 level preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of web development fundamentals (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Advanced computer literacy (ECDL Advanced level desirable) and strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
