Graphic Designer & Brand Specialist

About the role

Join Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services as a Graphic Designer & Brand Specialist and help bring the brand to life across every touchpoint. You will create engaging visual content that inspires audiences, strengthens brand identity, and supports a wide range of marketing and business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create a wide range of brand‑aligned assets, including digital and print materials, presentations, photography, video, motion graphics, social media content, and operational branding assets.
• Maintain and evolve the Intercruises visual identity to ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.
• Work across multiple formats and channels, translating creative briefs into impactful visual solutions that support marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver high‑quality outcomes that align with business objectives.
• Contribute fresh thinking while balancing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering creative design projects and producing high‑quality visual content across multiple channels.
• Portfolio demonstrating success across a variety of creative disciplines, with strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Organised, adaptable, proactive and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience within the tourism, hospitality or cruise industry is advantageous.
