Product Designer – TV & Entertainment Products

About the role

Desquared is looking for a Product Designer with strong experience in TV and entertainment products to join its multidisciplinary team in Athens. You will shape digital TV, streaming and media experiences across TV, mobile and web platforms, working closely with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive TV, streaming and entertainment interfaces for Smart TV, mobile and web.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear product experiences, user flows and high‑fidelity UI designs in Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and design validation to iterate on concepts.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and high‑quality implementation.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio of TV, streaming or OTT products.
• Deep understanding of TV user interfaces, remote‑control navigation and cross‑platform content discovery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with product managers, engineers and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Figma (including design systems, components, variables and design tokens).
• User research and usability testing methodologies.
• Accessibility standards for digital products.
• Experience with Smart TV ecosystems such as Android TV, Google TV, tvOS, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS.
• AI‑assisted design tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
