Graphic Designer – Full‑time, On‑site in Piraeus

About the role

SAFETY4SEA is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its team in Piraeus on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for producing visual concepts for both digital and print media that support the organisation’s maritime safety and crew‑welfare initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for the safety4sea.com platform, social media, newsletters, magazines and event collateral.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all SAFETY4SEA communication channels.
• Create logos, visual identities and layout designs with appropriate typography for publications and presentations.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing and events teams to translate content briefs into engaging visual assets.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prepare files for production and digital distribution.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in media or maritime sectors is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines across several projects.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in core graphic disciplines such as graphics and graphic design.
• Strong typography skills for layouts, magazines and digital content.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign (or equivalent tools).
