About the role

As a Digital Training Developer you will join Nokia’s IP and Network Automation Knowledge Services team in Athens. You will design and produce high‑quality e‑learning content that supports Nokia’s IP and NSP products for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to design and storyboard e‑learning courses.
• Translate complex technical concepts into engaging, interactive learning experiences.
• Ensure content is accessible on multiple devices and platforms following best practices and adult‑learning principles.
• Produce polished videos for platforms such as YouTube using raw footage and audio scripts.
• Convert instructor‑led training into e‑learning formats.
• Conduct needs assessments and research emerging learning technologies, including AI.
• Test and integrate AI solutions into the training development workflow.

Required profile

• College diploma in interactive media design, instructional design, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience creating e‑learning content and instructional videos.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with SMEs.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to feedback.
