KYC Operations Analyst – Compliance & Customer Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for detail‑oriented and analytical KYC Operations Analysts to join our international team. In this position you will help ensure compliance with AML and KYC requirements, support customer onboarding, conduct due‑diligence reviews, and maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.
• Support onboarding processes for customers in several countries.
• Review corporate documents, ownership structures and beneficial‑ownership information.
• Conduct sanctions, PEP and adverse‑media screenings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect and validate required documentation.
• Prepare KYC assessments and escalate high‑risk cases when necessary.
• Carry out periodic customer reviews and maintain accurate records.
• Support ongoing compliance and operational activities within the KYC team.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in KYC, AML, compliance, financial crime or a related field.
• Experience reviewing and validating corporate documentation during onboarding or due‑diligence.
• Understanding of AML, KYC and CDD requirements.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations in one or more international jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with corporate ownership structures and UBO reviews.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Greek.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within international teams.
• Eligibility to work in the EU full‑time and permanently without employer sponsorship.
