Junior UX/UI Designer

About the role

Join EY Studio+ in Athens as a Junior UX/UI Designer, contributing to human‑centered, data‑driven solutions for clients across finance, healthcare, manufacturing, government and more. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to shape innovative digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business designers, strategists, product managers and engineers to create user‑centred services and products.
• Participate in the full design lifecycle: research, workshops, ideation, user journeys, flows, prototyping and testing.
• Produce high‑fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes and visual design deliverables that align with client objectives.

Required profile

• Passionate designer with a portfolio showcasing digital experience projects.
• Team‑player who co‑creates solutions with designers, business professionals and technology consultants.
• Curious and proactive learner, staying up‑to‑date with UX/UI trends and best practices.
• Understanding of human‑centered design and end‑to‑end design processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
