About the role

Marlow Talent is seeking an ambitious Junior Talent Consultant to join our specialist recruitment team. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who enjoy building relationships, asking insightful questions, and guiding people through career decisions. Full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with candidates to understand their career aspirations.
• Introduce suitable candidates to live roles and brief them before interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and manage offers and start dates.
• Maintain ongoing contact with candidates as they progress in their careers.
• Research, source, and identify new candidates and business opportunities.
• Develop a strategic, consultative approach as you gain industry knowledge.

Required profile

• People‑focused with a genuine interest in careers and businesses.
• Commercially minded, results‑driven and eager to progress quickly.
• Organised, reliable and capable of managing end‑to‑end recruitment workflows.
• Clear and professional written communication skills.
