Junior Supply Planner

About the role

GR. SARANTIS S.A., a leading FMCG company, is seeking a Junior Supply Planner to support third‑party manufacturing and supplier planning. The role ensures product availability, maintains accurate planning data, and helps deliver on time while collaborating with Procurement, Quality and other internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Place and manage purchase orders with third‑party manufacturers and suppliers, aligning with planning requirements and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems, including lead times, minimum order quantities and safety stock levels.
• Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, lead‑time adherence) and communicate potential delays or risks.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Quality to support supplier compliance and performance.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports on service levels, inventory, projected purchases, supply risks and supplier performance.
• Follow standard planning processes and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to support day‑to‑day supply planning activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Finance or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• No prior professional experience required; internships or academic projects are considered an asset.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, attention‑to‑detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the supply chain function.
