Junior IT Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Administrator to join our team at Plaisio. You will support daily IT operations, ensure network reliability, and help users get the most out of their technology.

Key responsibilities

• Install workstations and peripheral devices.
• Monitor local and cloud network performance, guaranteeing availability and reliability.
• Manage user accounts, provide technical support, and train new system users.
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365 services and applications.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot a variety of software and business applications.
• Provide remote and on‑site technical support.
• Check computer equipment (hard drives, mice, keyboards, etc.) for proper functionality.
• Control user access, permissions, and software requirements across the IT environment.
• Leverage AI tools to improve support efficiency, productivity, and everyday workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Structured, fast, and thorough working style.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Windows operating system administration.

• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.
• Experience with AI tools for IT support.
