Junior HR Business Partner

About the role

ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of a leading Greek commercial company in the culture and entertainment sector, is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support its growing team. The role will act as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and support to employees and managers on daily operational matters.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Support performance‑management cycles and related HR processes.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and identify training needs.
• Contribute to employer branding, internal communications, and employee‑engagement events.
• Liaise with external payroll provider and ensure accurate, compliant data flow.
• Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, company cars, and mobile plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HR systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
