Junior Full-Stack Consultant

About the role

Netcompany is hiring a Junior Full-Stack Consultant based in Athens to join its agile consultant teams working on large-scale transformation projects that affect millions of EU citizens. The role covers the design, customization, integration and maintenance of enterprise-scale CRM/CX implementations mainly for private-sector organizations, with software development, task management and customer interaction. You will lead sub-projects, run daily stand-ups and report status to customers or project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in all phases of full-cycle IT projects, from requirements analysis to customization, specifications, UAT support and user training
• Develop and maintain code and application libraries, and produce technical documentation
• Create innovative concepts and implement consulting solutions
• Build long-term client relationships and act as a business advisor to clients
• Diagnose and resolve business applications and identify business development opportunities
• Oversee sub-projects, conduct daily stand-ups and delegate tasks to team members, supported by a project manager

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant discipline
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a customer-oriented approach and attention to detail
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Availability to travel when needed
