Junior Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Junior Brand Manager to join our growing marketing team and help strengthen the Group’s brand equity through the implementation of the annual marketing and communication plan.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development of communication campaigns
• Implement the annual marketing plan flawlessly
• Manage assigned marketing projects and tasks
• Write compelling marketing copy for websites, newsletters and other marketing needs
• Create, design and distribute newsletters via MailChimp or similar platforms, including performance tracking and reporting
• Manage the creation of leaflets in collaboration with graphic designers
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and create relevant reports
• Monitor brand budget and invoices
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies and vendors
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support in project implementation
• Monitor competition and create relevant reports
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an organized marketing department
• Good communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Attention to detail, time management, and a growth‑oriented mindset
