Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

bluedot® agency is seeking a strategic and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to design, create, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The role works closely with internal teams and adapts to industry trends to meet clients' digital advertising goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create, monitor, optimise and measure paid campaigns on search, paid social, display and other networks.
• Set up ad accounts, conversion tracking and sales funnels from scratch.
• Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc performance reports, assess against goals and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot delivery, performance and tracking issues.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Solid user of Microsoft Excel.
• Campaign management experience on Google and Meta platforms (agency, client‑side or freelance).
• Strong analytical skills and experience generating ads performance reports.
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing.
