Associate Consultant (Marketing) – Launch Graduate Program 2027

About the role

The Launch Graduate Program is an 18‑month rotational experience that builds specialized expertise through hands‑on projects, structured learning and mentorship. As an Associate Consultant in Marketing you will work on real business challenges for leading brands, gaining exposure to multiple industries while developing technical, analytical and professional capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate within small consulting teams to answer strategic questions for major global brands and deliver actionable solutions.
• Develop and lead the implementation of marketing campaigns, using customer, behavioural and transactional data to evaluate performance and drive results.
• Provide direct‑marketing expertise across channels, leveraging data‑driven insights to create measurable impact for Mastercard’s clients.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or master’s degree completed no later than September 2027, with eligibility to work in Greece.
• Proficiency in English and demonstrated core competencies such as analytical excellence, passion for delivering high‑quality results, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with data‑analysis or querying tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel or Tableau.
• Ability to translate data insights into marketing strategy and campaign execution.
